Our Story
Before Kore. Studio designed a single website, I earned my BSN — and then spent over four years as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant working directly inside a fast-paced psychiatry practice.
I don't just know the administrative side of a practice — I understand the clinical workflows underneath it, from a real nursing foundation. And on the ground, day to day, that meant living inside the exact operational bottlenecks most practices are quietly drowning under:
Sending confirmation text messages by hand, every single day
Answering calls in real time while trying to keep up with those texts — medication requests, new patient scheduling, pharmacy clarifications, insurance questions
Manually updating patient status and charting inside the EHR
Reminding and collecting payments for deductibles, copays, and co-insurance over the phone
Preparing charts, processing check-ins, and coordinating daily checkouts
I'm not describing a hypothetical bottleneck I read about in an industry report. I'm describing my actual job.
That real-world experience is exactly why Kore. Studio exists. Most web developers can build a clean layout — but they've never spent a single minute managing a chaotic intake queue, untangling a messy EHR charting process, or watching a no-show quietly cost a practice real revenue.
I know what it feels like when the phone rings while you're mid-text-thread with a completely different patient. Because I did every part of that work manually first, I understand that in behavioral health, data isn't just a technical detail — it's something governed by real legal and clinical stakes. Every automated workflow, intake filter, and reminder sequence we build starts from that understanding, not from a generic template.
What We Actually Build On
Every form, workflow, and integration is built with HIPAA requirements in mind from the start, not added on afterward.
Automation runs quietly in the background — your front-desk team doesn't have to relearn how they work.
Every intake filter, confirmation sequence, and workflow is designed around how a mental health practice actually runs day to day.
