These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.korestudioco.com (the "Site") and your engagement with Kore. Studio ("Kore. Studio," "we," "us," or "our") for design, development, funnel, and automation services. By using the Site or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms. Specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate signed proposal or contract, which takes precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.
Kore. Studio provides website design and development, funnel and landing page creation, brand identity, and automation/workflow services (including builds on platforms such as GoHighLevel) for psychiatry, psychology, and behavioral health practices.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract content, submit false or misleading information, or use the Site in any way that could damage or impair its functionality.
All content on this Site is the property of Kore. Studio unless otherwise noted. Upon full payment for a client project, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to the client as specified in the individual project agreement, except for any third-party licensed tools, platforms, or stock assets used in the build.
If you engage Kore. Studio for services, you agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals needed to complete the project; maintain your own compliance obligations (such as internal HIPAA policies and staff training) independent of the technical systems we build; and keep any login credentials or third-party accounts associated with your project secure.
While we design our systems to improve conversion, intake efficiency, and patient acquisition, Kore. Studio does not guarantee specific business outcomes, patient volume, or revenue results, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Our services may involve integration with third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, scheduling tools, or EHR systems). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these providers. Where your project involves handling of protected health information (PHI), your systems are provisioned as a sub-account under Kore. Studio's HIPAA-enabled agency infrastructure, and are covered under our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the relevant platform provider. This structure enables HIPAA-ready handling of PHI within your systems; it does not replace your practice's own compliance obligations outlined in Section 4.
You own your practice's data — including contacts, patient communications records, calendar and intake data, and workflow content — at all times, regardless of which platform it is hosted on. If you choose to end services with Kore. Studio, we will provide a full export of your contacts, workflow configurations, forms, and associated data within a reasonable timeframe of a written offboarding request, in a commonly usable format (e.g., CSV, JSON, or platform-native export). Certain platform-level features tied to Kore. Studio's agency infrastructure may not transfer directly and may require reconfiguration under a new provider; we will provide reasonable guidance to support that transition. Offboarding is subject to any outstanding payment obligations under your project agreement.
Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are defined in your individual project proposal or agreement. Late or missed payments may result in paused work or suspended access to delivered systems, as outlined in that agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kore. Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including lost profits, lost patients, or data loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend a project, or terminate an engagement in cases of non-payment, misuse of our systems, or violation of these Terms, subject to the terms of your individual project agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
